Mike Spiers - Director

Mike is a Mechanical Engineer and has been in the offshore construction industry since 1982 where he has been involved with operations and project management of some significant projects. During this time he has developed a good understanding of the equipment performace requirements for the equipment offered by Torque Engineering.   

Aaron Begley - Director

Aaron was appointed Matrix CEO in 2009. Before this, he has been managing director of the Advanced Materials division since 1999, and played a central role in the formation and development of Torque Engineering.

Prior to establishing the Matrix Advanced Materials division, Aaron worked for Matrix’s Heavy Engineering division as business development manager through which he developed an extensive network of customers and contacts in the global oil and gas, plastics and defence sectors.

Chris White - Engineering Manager

Chris is a Mechanical Engineer with 35 years experience in machine design. He has acted as Engineering Manager for a number of OEM companies, and joined the group 2006
