Torque Engineering's manufacturing and fabrication are undertaken by Begley International, who, since 1980 have been supplying contract manufacturing, repair services, oilfield products and project driven design products to the Offshore Oil and Gas industry and OEM equipment suppliers. In 2007, Begley International became part of the MC&E Ltd Group of companies.
The company's main manufacturing, fabrication and service facilities based in Perth,Western Australia are complemented by long term Licensee relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers such as Oilstates and AmClyde.
The combination of licensed, contract, project driven and proprietary design and manufacturing coupled with the ability to service and repair equipment onshore and offshore enables the group to deliver a fully integrated service to Operators, Drilling Contractors, Installation Contractors and OEM equipment suppliers.
