Torque Engineering Australia Pty Ltd provides a wide range of specialist equipment and engineering solutions primarily to the Offshore Construction and Mining Industries such as Launch & Recovery Systems - including Deep Water Deployment Systems, Flexible Lay Equipment, , Powered Umbilical Reelers and Winches - including Man Riding, A&R / Mooring and Towing Winches.

The Matrix group provides engineered products, services and product solutions to the local and global customers. The company is comprised of the following operating subsidiaries:
